Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the QuickAnaliz mobile application, operated by QuicknetYazılım. By creating an account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.

2. The service

QuickAnaliz shows football fixtures, live scores, statistics, standings, head-to-head records, odds comparisons and statistical match predictions produced from third-party data.

3. Not a betting service — no guarantee

QuickAnaliz is not a betting or gambling service. It does not accept bets, does not hold money and does not pay out winnings. Predictions and probabilities are statistical estimates only; they are not advice and they carry no guarantee of accuracy. Any decision you make based on the content is your own responsibility, and we accept no liability for losses arising from it.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. Sponsor content in the app is intended for adults only.

5. Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity in your account. Information you provide must be accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or abuse the service.

6. Subscriptions

• Premium features are sold as weekly or monthly auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within the last 24 hours of the period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices may change; changes are announced in advance and apply to following periods.
• Gift subscriptions granted through campaigns are free, time limited, do not renew automatically and may be withdrawn in case of abuse.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules; we cannot process refunds directly.

For purchases made on Apple devices, Apple's standard EULA also applies.

7. Third-party content and links

Match data comes from third-party providers and may contain errors or delays. The app may show sponsor banners linking to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or services of those sites; their own terms apply.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute the content.
• Do not attempt to break, reverse engineer or overload the service.
• Do not use the app for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change or be discontinued. Planned maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.

10. Deleting your account

You may delete your account at any time from the app or through our account deletion form. Deletion removes your data as described in the privacy policy; an active subscription is not refunded.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page. Turkish law applies and the courts of Turkey have jurisdiction.
