Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

QuickAnaliz ("the app") is developed and operated by QuicknetYazılım ("we", "us"). For any question about this policy or your personal data you can reach us at info@quicknetinternet.com.tr.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: e-mail address, display name, account creation date, last seen date.
• Subscription data: subscription status, plan, start and end dates, purchase records.
• Phone number (optional): only if you join our campaign. It is obtained from your Telegram account when you tap "share my number" in our verification bot.
• Consent records: which consent texts you approved, their version and the time of approval.
• Support data: the tickets and messages you send us.
• Usage data: in-app events, device model, operating system, app version, language and approximate region, collected through Firebase Analytics.
• Push token: to deliver notifications you allowed.
• Link clicks: when you tap a sponsor banner, we record the click and its source.

We do not collect payment card data. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google; we only receive the result of the transaction.

3. Why we use it

• To create and maintain your account and to deliver the service.
• To provide subscriptions and verify purchases.
• To answer your support requests.
• To improve the app and fix errors.
• To send notifications you allowed.
• If you gave explicit consent, to share your verified phone number with our official betting dealer partner so that they can call or message you about campaigns.

4. Campaign consent and phone number

Providing a phone number is entirely optional and is never required to use the app. If you join the campaign, you separately confirm that you are over 18, that you accept being contacted by phone and SMS, and that your number may be transferred to our official dealer partner for campaign communication. You may withdraw this consent at any time from Profile → Campaign calls. After withdrawal we stop sharing your number and inform our partner.

5. Sharing

• Google Firebase: authentication, database, analytics and notification infrastructure.
• Telegram: only during phone verification, to deliver the bot conversation.
• API-Football: match and league data provider; no personal data is sent to them.
• Apple / Google: subscription processing.
• Our official dealer partner: only your phone number, and only with your explicit consent.

We never sell your personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising networks.

6. Retention

We keep account data while your account exists. Purchase and consent records are kept for the periods required by law. When you delete your account, your data is erased within 30 days at the latest, except records we must keep by law.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law) and GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection, and withdraw your consent. Write to info@quicknetinternet.com.tr or use our account deletion form. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

The app is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us.

9. Security

Data is transferred over encrypted connections and stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Access is limited to authorised personnel. Phone verification data is written only by our servers.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page and the date above is revised. Material changes are also announced inside the app.
