Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the AI Football Analysis mobile application (the “App”), developed by QUICKNET YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Quicknet”, “we”, “us”). By downloading the App, creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of the Service

AI Football Analysis is an information app that provides football fixtures, live scores, statistics, standings, line-ups and head-to-head data, together with AI-powered statistical predictions and analyses based on this data.

Important: AI Football Analysis is not a betting or gambling platform. No bets are accepted, no games are played and no winnings are paid through the App. The predictions are statistical assessments only; they do not guarantee any outcome and do not constitute investment or betting advice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure; activity carried out through your account is deemed to be yours.
  • You may not use the App for any purpose that violates applicable law.

3. Prohibited Use

  • Copying, reproducing, selling or commercially distributing the App's content, data or predictions without permission;
  • Collecting data with automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) or placing excessive load on the system;
  • Attempting to bypass the App's security, access its source code or reverse engineer it;
  • Posting abusive, misleading or unlawful content in support channels.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if these rules are violated.

4. Premium Subscription

  • Some prediction and analysis content is available only to Premium subscribers. Subscription options (weekly, monthly) and current prices are shown in the App.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically for the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; no partial refunds are given for unused time.
  • Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the respective store (Apple / Google).
  • You can use the “Restore purchases” option in the App to restore your subscription on another device signed in to the same store account.

5. Content and Data Sources

Match and statistics data is obtained from third-party data providers. While we take the utmost care, you acknowledge that the data may contain delays, errors or interruptions. Official results should be taken from the relevant federations and organizers.

6. Intellectual Property

The App's design, software, brand, logo and all content produced by Quicknet belong to Quicknet and are protected under applicable law. Team and league names and logos belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is”. Quicknet is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from decisions you make based on the predictions and analyses, or from their consequences. Quicknet does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

Details on how your personal data is processed are set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Termination

You can request the deletion of your account at any time via the Profile > Delete Account link in the App (Account Deletion page) or by emailing info@quicknetyazilim.com.tr. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through a store; you must cancel it in your store account settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page; continuing to use the App after publication means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For consumer transactions, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction; in all other cases, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction.
