This Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected, used, stored and protected when you use the AI Football Analysis mobile application (the “App”), developed and published by QUICKNET YAZILIM SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (“Quicknet”, “we”, “us”). Personal data is processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) and other applicable legislation.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account information: the name, email address and password you provide when registering. We cannot see your password; it is stored in encrypted form by the authentication service.
  • Usage data: anonymous usage statistics such as screens viewed, matches opened and the number of app launches.
  • Device information: device type, operating system, app version, language preference and a notification token (push token) used to send you notifications.
  • Subscription information: your subscription type, start and end dates and transaction ID. Payments and card details are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we have no access to this information.
  • Support messages: messages you send us through the in-app support section.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To create your account, let you sign in and manage your account;
  • To provide match data, statistics and AI-powered prediction content;
  • To identify and verify your Premium subscription entitlements;
  • To send you notifications (you can turn them off at any time in your device settings);
  • To respond to your support requests;
  • To measure performance, fix errors and improve the service;
  • To comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Your data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: where it is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract, for compliance with our legal obligations, for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed, and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.

5. Service Providers and Transfers

We use the following service providers to operate the App. Your data is shared with them only to the extent necessary to provide the service:

  • Google Firebase: authentication, database, cloud functions, anonymous analytics and notification services;
  • Apple App Store / Google Play: subscription purchases and verification;
  • API-Football: match and statistics data; no personal data is transferred to this provider.

These providers' servers may be located outside Türkiye; in that case, transfers are carried out in accordance with the KVKK provisions on cross-border transfers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for advertising purposes.

6. Tracking and Advertising Identifier

On iOS devices, the App asks for your permission for cross-app tracking (App Tracking Transparency). Declining does not prevent you from using the App's core features. You can change this choice at any time under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your device.

7. Data Retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active and for the periods required by applicable legislation. When you delete your account, the personal data associated with it is deleted or anonymized, subject to legal retention obligations.

8. Account Deletion

You can request the deletion of your account and data at any time via the Profile > Delete Account link in the App (Account Deletion page) or by emailing info@quicknetyazilim.com.tr. To cancel an active subscription, use your App Store or Google Play account settings.

9. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), access rules and authorization, to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss and misuse.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18; if we become aware of such data, it will be deleted.

11. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its deletion or destruction; to object; and to claim compensation for damages.

12. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect on the date of publication.
