Bu Kullanım Koşulları ("Koşullar"), QUICKNET YAZILIM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI
("Geliştirici", "biz") tarafından sunulan Futbol AI mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya kullanarak bu Koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın.
1. Hizmetin Tanımı
Futbol AI; futbol maçlarına ait canlı skorları, maç olaylarını, kadroları, istatistikleri, puan durumlarını ve yapay zeka/istatistik modelleriyle üretilen maç değerlendirmelerini sunan bir bilgi ve istatistik uygulamasıdır. Uygulama para ile oynanan herhangi bir oyun, şans oyunu veya bahis hizmeti sunmaz; bu tür işlemlere aracılık etmez.
2. Tahminler Hakkında Önemli Uyarı
Uygulamadaki tahminler, olasılıklar ve analizler geçmiş verilere dayanan istatistiksel tahminlerdir; yalnızca bilgilendirme ve eğlence amaçlıdır. Hiçbir sonucun gerçekleşeceği garanti edilmez. Tahminler yatırım, bahis veya finansal tavsiye niteliği taşımaz. Bu bilgilere dayanarak aldığınız kararlardan ve bunların sonuçlarından yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.
3. Uygunluk
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmanız gerekir. 18 yaşından küçükseniz Uygulamayı ebeveyninizin veya yasal temsilcinizin izniyle kullanmalısınız. Bulunduğunuz ülkenin mevzuatına uygun davranmak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır.
4. Hesap
- Hesap oluştururken doğru bilgi vermeli ve bilgilerinizi güncel tutmalısınız.
- Şifrenizin gizliliğinden ve hesabınız üzerinden yapılan işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz.
- Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman Uygulamadaki Hesap Silme bağlantısı üzerinden silebilirsiniz.
5. Futbol AI Premium Abonelikleri
- Premium, tüm maç tahminlerine ve analizlere sınırsız erişim sağlayan otomatik yenilenen bir aboneliktir. Haftalık ve aylık seçenekler sunulur; güncel fiyatlar satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
- Ödeme, satın alma onayıyla birlikte Apple Kimliği (App Store) veya Google Play hesabınızdan alınır.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmediği sürece aynı süre ve ücretle otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti dönem bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde tahsil edilir.
- Aboneliğinizi satın aldıktan sonra App Store veya Google Play hesap ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir ve otomatik yenilemeyi kapatabilirsiniz.
- Ücretsiz deneme süresi sunulması halinde, deneme süresinin kullanılmayan kısmı abonelik satın alındığında geçerliliğini yitirir.
- Hesabınızı silmeniz aboneliğinizi iptal etmez.
- İade talepleri Apple veya Google'ın iade politikalarına tabidir ve ilgili mağaza üzerinden yapılır.
- Satın alımlarınızı aynı mağaza hesabıyla Uygulamadaki Satın Alımları Geri Yükle seçeneğiyle geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
6. Kullanım Kuralları
Uygulamayı kullanırken şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz:
- Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanmak,
- Uygulamayı veya verilerini kopyalamak, çoğaltmak, satmak, tersine mühendislik uygulamak ya da otomatik araçlarla veri toplamak,
- Premium içeriği yetkisiz şekilde paylaşmak veya ödeme sistemlerini atlatmaya çalışmak,
- Destek kanallarında hakaret, taciz, spam veya yanıltıcı içerik göndermek,
- Uygulamanın güvenliğini veya işleyişini bozmaya çalışmak.
7. Üçüncü Taraf Verileri ve Bağlantılar
Maç, skor ve istatistik verileri üçüncü taraf veri sağlayıcılarından alınır; bu verilerin doğruluğu, eksiksizliği veya güncelliği garanti edilmez. Uygulama üçüncü taraf web sitelerine bağlantılar içerebilir; bu sitelerin içeriğinden ve uygulamalarından sorumlu değiliz. Takım, lig ve turnuva adları ile logoları ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir ve yalnızca bilgilendirme amacıyla gösterilir.
8. Fikri Mülkiyet
Uygulamanın tasarımı, yazılımı, markası ve özgün içerikleri Geliştirici'ye aittir. Size yalnızca Uygulamayı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez ve münhasır olmayan bir kullanım hakkı tanınır.
9. Hizmetin Değiştirilmesi ve Sonlandırılması
Uygulamanın özelliklerini değiştirme, geçici olarak durdurma veya sonlandırma hakkımız saklıdır. Bu Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz.
10. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği azami ölçüde; Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz ve Uygulamanın kullanımından ya da tahminlere dayanılarak alınan kararlardan doğan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız. Tüketici olarak sahip olduğunuz yasal haklar saklıdır.
11. Apple App Store Hükümleri
Uygulamayı App Store'dan indirdiyseniz, Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) de geçerlidir; bu Koşullar söz konusu sözleşmeyi tamamlar. Apple Inc., Uygulamanın ve içeriğinin sağlanmasından, bakımından, desteğinden veya Uygulamaya ilişkin taleplerden sorumlu değildir. Apple ve bağlı şirketleri bu Koşulların üçüncü taraf lehtarıdır ve bu Koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.
12. Uygulanacak Hukuk ve Uyuşmazlıklar
Bu Koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Uyuşmazlıklarda, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamındaki parasal sınırlar dahilinde Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri, bu sınırları aşan uyuşmazlıklarda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti mahkemeleri ve icra daireleri yetkilidir.
13. Değişiklikler
Bu Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır; değişikliklerden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel Koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Futbol AI mobile application (the "App") provided by QUICKNET YAZILIM SANAYI VE TICARET LIMITED SIRKETI
(the "Developer", "we", "us"). By downloading, creating an account in, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. The Service
Futbol AI is an information and statistics app that provides live football scores, match events, lineups, statistics, standings and match assessments generated by AI/statistical models. The App does not offer any real-money games, gambling or betting services and does not facilitate such transactions.
2. Important Notice About Predictions
Predictions, probabilities and analyses in the App are statistical estimates based on historical data and are provided for information and entertainment purposes only. No outcome is guaranteed. Predictions are not investment, betting or financial advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on this information and their consequences.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must use the App with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.
4. Account
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You can delete your account at any time via the Account Deletion link in the App.
5. Futbol AI Premium Subscriptions
- Premium is an auto-renewable subscription that provides unlimited access to all match predictions and analyses. Weekly and monthly options are offered; current prices are shown on the purchase screen.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews for the same period and price unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your App Store or Google Play account settings after purchase.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies and are requested through the respective store.
- You can restore purchases made with the same store account using Restore Purchases in the App.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose;
- copy, reproduce, sell or reverse engineer the App or its data, or collect data using automated means;
- share Premium content without authorization or attempt to circumvent payment systems;
- send abusive, harassing, spam or misleading content through support channels;
- attempt to compromise the security or operation of the App.
7. Third-Party Data and Links
Match, score and statistics data is obtained from third-party data providers; we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or timeliness. The App may contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their content or practices. Team, league and competition names and logos belong to their respective owners and are displayed for informational purposes only.
8. Intellectual Property
The App's design, software, brand and original content belong to the Developer. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
9. Changes to and Termination of the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue features of the App. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App or from decisions based on predictions. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
11. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies, and these Terms supplement it. Apple Inc. is not responsible for providing, maintaining or supporting the App or its content, or for any claims relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes within the monetary limits of Consumer Law No. 6502 fall under the jurisdiction of Consumer Arbitration Committees; other disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page; continuing to use the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Contact
